I recommend wearing Silver in the shower since is will polish it up every time you dry off with a towel. I sleep in silver too without any trouble but if you have a reaction with silver against your skin please refrain from wearing it longer than a few hours at a time.
Sterling Silver is known as an hypoallergenic material, which also make it soft and easy to be bent. Usually you can fix it by yourself. Please contact us if it’s a unfixable problem.
